Can I bid myself?
Yes. You can bid yourself, using the recommended maximum bid as a guide. Alternatively, AICONETWORKS buys in its own name and resells the machine to you with the export arrangements specified in the offer and an agreed markup.
What does TradeOps cost?
The search request is free. Transport, export documents and handling are quoted per shipment. If AICONETWORKS buys and resells the machine to you, an agreed markup applies to the goods.
What if the machine I need is not listed?
Submit a search request with the machine type, specifications and budget. TradeOps searches EU sources daily and notifies you of a suitable match or suggests an alternative.
Can delivery be arranged outside İstanbul?
Yes. TradeOps primarily coordinates delivery to factories and customs warehouses in Greater İstanbul and the Marmara region. Other Turkish cities and EU destinations, including Bulgaria, are also possible.
Do used machines need an import permit?
A used machine may require an import permit. Before purchase, TradeOps flags when a permit is likely to be needed. This is not a binding customs assessment; confirm the requirements with your customs agent before buying.
